We do the leg-work, distilling listings based on your wish list, giving you the opportunity to find that special property that best fits you and your family.
Fees: Sellers offer to pay our fees (usually 2-3%) as part of their agreement to list their property with MLS. While our fees generally come out of the proceeds of sale, our loyalties are solely with you.
Resources: We can help you find service providers such as home inspectors, movers, gardeners, carpenters, painters, and plumbers in your area or in our neighborhood.
